what are good recipes and tips for a beginner on the grill?
I'm teaching myself how to cook. Terrified of screwing up chicken or pork on the grill. However just looking for any easy recipes or tips!

The more char the better lol.
Chicken and pork aren't anything to be scared about, you can always use a temp probe dealio to check the internal meat temp if you think it's not done yet. You can always slice one of the pork chops and see how red it is still when you are just getting started. Only a small cut is needed to check, then just kind of keep track of time and how long they have been on the grill for.
BBQ spread of seasoned salt on chicken is always good and they make tons of different pork marinades that you can look for in the meat sections of most grocery stores. Kind of pick your posion for what you might like.
