Drove my truck to the job site today, there was a guy there in a nbs 4 door z71, 5.3, all stock except for a hypertech, all i heard was it runs 14's on nothing but the hypertech, and something is seriously wrong with my truck, the jobsite is located next to a 4 lane highway, straight shot, so i called him out, and to no surprise, i got "no" what little gas he has, he needs it for the rest of the week, and no since in wasting it, i'll take it as a kill, lol

 

Well isn't that just convenient. Tomorrow, take your truck back to work. Take up a small collection for gas and tell the guy he now has no excuse. Better yet offer him a bet, tell him if he wins you will fill up his truck. After all, if it is so bad, what does he have to loose?

sounds like my boss who drives a lightning... he wont run my rcsb 6.0 yet is always running his mouth about how much faster his truck is than mine(which is untrue since ive ran modded lightnings before and won) his is stock with 22's and he ran 15's all night at the track while my best is 14.7. He already told me once i get the one tire fire fixed and gears he has no chance, and i ran that on 20's with 40 PSI in them.

 

Your best in a RCSB 6.0L is 14.7?.....

 

Well that's gay... Maybe he forgot to mention he has a bottle mounted somewheres on the truck
