Ok guys, I am picking up a 08 sierra Crew cab 4x4 in black this weekend. My plan from the very beginning was to lift it. Decided when I get the money to do a fabtech 6 inch performance lift with the fox coilovers. my question is, they say you can run 35 with this lift, can you go any bigger with out trimming or turning the torsion bars? Also I really like the KMC XD Hoss wheels. (attached below) chrome or black? 18x9 or 20x9 also do I need a wider wheel and what? Any guys with lifted 07-08 or these wheels on their truck, please post pics. thanks

im pretty sure you need to trim to fit the 35's with that lift anyway around the front lower valence, not much though. also I would go with the 18's in black, I just like to see a lot of tire IMO

35s on a 6in lift should be fine. Hes partially right, depending on if u get like BFG A/Ts or some M/Ts or somethin u may have to cut a tiny corner off the valance. But I wouldnt go much bigger unless u go higher or change ur bumper. About the wheels u do need a wider wheel if ur gonna do like a 35 12.5 but with a 35 10.5 Im pretty sure u can run an 8.5 rim, but wider is always better IMO

Do the 2" spacer leveling kit w/ the fabtech (which is really 8") and you can do 36s. There's a guy on GMFS w/ a '07 1/2 ton 2WD with the fabtech and 2" spacer leveling kit and he's running 36x15.5 MTZs on 20x10s.

you wont have tbs to crank, as it is a coil spring suspension. I would say 8 and 36s would be bad ***, and I like those chrome wheels you posted.
