Default Wheel-Tire Fitment

Hey I just bought a set of Micket Thompson ET Street Drag Radials for my truck (P255/50R16) and I was wondering if everything would fit correctly, the main thing I'm concerned about is the backspacing. The rims I'm looking at are 16 in. x 8 in., 6 x 5.5 in. Bolt Circle, 5 in. Backspace. I don think these will hit aything, but I just wanted to get a second opinion before I bought them.
Thanks
