Gears: 4.10's Or 4.56's

I currently have a 05 silverado with 3.73's and i am going to switch out the gears what should i get i am definately going possie (forgive my spelling) i have stock wheels and tires (for now, looks come after performance) and just basic bolt ons headers, cai, programmer, exhaust. so any help would be great.

When i still had the automatic i had a set of 4.10s and they felt pretty damn good. Even with 285/50s sittin out back it would spin all the way through first and wouldnt grab till it was a good ways into second. Thats on the street though. I think 4.56s might be too much from a stop especialy with stock tires you would just spin alot. I would go with 4.10s, im goin to 4.56s right now just cause the gearing is a little diferent and when taking off and its alot easier to keep a stick from spinnin than with an automatic.
