depends if your just gonna do alot of racin go with the 4.56's..i wish i would have..i have 4.10 with a 29 in tire and i turn 2200 rpm at 70..so 4.56's would be around 2500-2600 rpm at 70

When i still had the automatic i had a set of 4.10s and they felt pretty damn good. Even with 285/50s sittin out back it would spin all the way through first and wouldnt grab till it was a good ways into second. Thats on the street though. I think 4.56s might be too much from a stop especialy with stock tires you would just spin alot. I would go with 4.10s, im goin to 4.56s right now just cause the gearing is a little diferent and when taking off and its alot easier to keep a stick from spinnin than with an automatic.
