Yoke engagement, im worried about this, not sure whats going on. Used dirty dingo motor mounts and transmission cross member bolted in stock loction. But drive shaft appears to have shrunk by 1 1/4 inches... were the 89 700r4s linger than 2001 4l60e ?

Pieced together a m12x1.5 to 3/8 npt adapter. Not as elegant as a after market piece, cost me 15 dollars in fittings but its stainless, rated for ungodly PSI and with the swivel im able to clock it where ever i like

Friend who did my wiring got the old oil pressure gauge to work with the 2001 sending units.

Not confident the gauge is accurate

Accessories on except alternator, thought my small case 75 amp alt would fit but it wont without modifying the dirty dingo brackets. So need to buy a large case 105 amp alt.

Also my ac lines appear to be to short despite the sanden 508 conversionplate from dirty dingo. Thats depressing. Bought the plate so i wouldnt have to have new lines made.

This is all the way forward on the dirty dingo mounts. Put the tranny right back in the same location but i might unbolt it tomorrow and slide it back further, ive only got 1 3/4 inch yoke engagement. My buddy pulled it so i dont know if thats how it was but makes me nervous.

Id like at least 2.5 inches of engagement on the driveshaft yoke.

Dont try this at home lol. Long as we dont have an earthquake in the next week shes good. I pushed from all 4 sides and it didnt budge but id recommend leaving it on the stand. I needed it like this so i can reloom my harness the guy i paid did a horrible job and it lays out all weird
