3rd owner of a '00 Silverado 1st Gen. Truck is a mild custom and a daily driver. Well taken care of and the sight of it shows. Great condition inside and out with many oem replacements along with aftermarket additions.
Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
Engine is basically stock right now with a GMC Denali heat guard adapted to the 5.3L V8 to give it more protection while being color matched to the truck. Fan shroud and front clip plastics are also color matched and look great with the scheme of the engine housing to give this truck a great start to future car show hood popper.
Suspension Modifications:
4" front and 6" rear Beltech lower kit. With additional aftermarket suspension parts by Beltech. Mild C-Notch to the frame rails at the rear axle. Beltech produces a good ride with better handling and performance from there suspension modification products.
Wheels/Tires Modifications:
22" Knock off wheels and Nitto tires.
6 Spoke chromes are easy on the eyes from the side but can catch you looking from a distance to see whats sitting on all that chrome.
Nittos make for a descent ride considering the 35 mm sidewall profile. Great handling from these with 60,000 miles turn and burn.
Interior/Exterior Modifications:
Interior is stock with only a Kenwood head unit until I get a '02 dash bezel modding in the dash so I can put in a double den deck.
Exterior is what shines on this beauty. From a fully seemless roll pan to seemless bed rails that have been dollyed by hand. This girl has all the right curves in all the right places. Tailgate is shaved clean with a well done replacement job of the latch handle to the inside of the tailgate. All aftermarket pieces have been tig welding in place with good weld penetration and even better dolly and body work to make a great smooth mirror shine over the normal body seems. Front bumper is of the stock persuasion with all plastic pieces being color matched also to the truck. Other than that you have your normal 5% tint with aftermarket brake lights and front bumper marker lights.
