Final form. I did have to shorten up the pipes coming off of the headers but there was plenty of room. Maintained a slip fit. This kit will come apart in 6 parts. Pretty stoked about that.

Started in on the exits out of the mufflers. Some pretty interesting angles at this point. Sadly I had to deviate from the 90's and 45's and fire up the Prusa to make a fixture to mark my cuts.

Up and over the axle. This will be welded into one piece. Then the tail pipes will slip onto this with a band clamp and a small tack holding it all together.

Cleared the Panhard bar. axle and frame nicely. did not test with a spare tire in as the mount is junk so in the bed it stays!

Hopefully I will have a startup video in a day or two. This has taken way longer than expected but it is turning out way nicer than expected. probably have 1000$ wrapped up into the hard parts. another 100$ in argon so far. very little tig wire used just due to getting those perfect fits I've pretty much fusion welded everything..

Fit up is really nice. Opted to do catted connections just because the truck is still on 93 and N/A so It wont stink in traffic.
