The harness on the right is factory harness from pump to the lid, do any of you know which is positive and which is negative. It says A,B on the end of the connector and a diagram i have i think is incorrect l, because it show A as ground, but B as low reference. Should just be 12v and ground right?

I got my ractronix fuel pump harness in. It seems like the male connector just goes to the top of the pump house and the female plugs into the existing harness feeding the pump. Then just 12v and ground. Does that all sound right?
