I would look into the racetronix efan harness. That is what i use. Big gauge wire, waterproof relay sockets, water proof fuse holders, eet.

Bump for fans. The prices i'm seeing asked for these things from private sellers on CL and junkyards is absurd. Up to about $125 in very good condition is reasonable in my opinion. Anything more than that and people can keep them.
