I think they're 03-06? You know if you have one. Mine is too rusty to modify I think, the tubes on top got all mangled when I was pulling the plastic lines off. That should not happen! My truck is an '05 and the fuel pump hat is basically rusted out already? Ridiculous.

Doesn't matter to me if the pump is bad on it, I'm doing 2 Walbro 450s.

I have an ext cab, plastic tank.

Here's mine. The tubes feel like they're going to break off any second. And I think the plastic sleeves should have stayed in the line, not stuck on the metal tube.
