Wish I could go guys, but I have to work. Also, I race at Sac. on Wednesday nights all the time and they have never asked to see a fire jacket. How fast do you have to be running before one is required?

I believe it a new reg for 2007 requiring a firejacket for any vehicle with a "power adder". Sac is dfinately more relaxed than Infineon, and they dont look most of the time either.
I cant do Weds nights too often, it kills me on thursday at work

Still don't think it will rain, I asked the magic 8 ball. Way safer way to predict rain.

Nice, close enough to Monterey and Santa Cruz. A 29lber is a great catch.
I used to run (Party boat captain) boats out of both those towns and Half Moon and would rarely see one of that size. My best was a 32lber back in '89.

I havent been out since 1999 or 2000, F&G was just screwing things up and there just wasn't enough $$ to support my lifestyle.

SeaDancer, Cottardo Stagnaro and The Stag II in Santa Cruz, a couple of boats for Sam's in Monterey and my favorite the Outlaw, in HMB.
Yeah, It was a great job for 20+ years but fishing is too seasonal and I like my toys.

Fishing is work when you have to get up at 4 and go to work but it was fun at times I miss it.
