Private 1/8 Mile Track Rental At Barona (San Diego) 12/8
This is from another forum I frequent.
Take a Friday off and run for times and bragging rights against some of the quickest late model muscle in SoCal.
Sound good? Read on................
24v and I are organizing a private event at Barona's 1/8 mile drag strip for Friday, December 8, 10am to 4pm.
Track prep, ambulance, time slips etc.. are provided.
Cost should be $80 or less depending on the number of cars.
We need at least 50 cars for this to work. We will limit it to 80 cars, lower than the 130 cars or so that usually run there.
We'd like to fill this up with GTO's but it's open to makes of late model RWD V8 muscle. So, tell your Mustang and Dodge "friends".
We need a strong response on this to pave the way for bigger and better events in 2007! Help make this happen.
For the ten of us who signed on for the Dec. 1st 10-car rental, this is Plan C".
