That's a big plot of land. I have brothers that live in TN. One in Germantown by memphis and another in Franklin by nashville. I've seen pics of their houses and see some huge amounts of yard space. It's like their back yards is the woods. Not as big as the pic above but way bigger than any yards around my area here in Cali.

 

Well, they just got back with us. They only want to do a lease purchase, they don't want to rent. The amount they are asking is way to much. Can't do it.

We are really having a lot of trouble. My Dad is 75% handicap, and he and Mom live with my wife, kids, and I. We need a house around 3000 sq ft, with a garage so I can work, and dog friendly for my furry family members.

I will not get rid of my dogs. One is 14 years old and the other is super protective of my kids.

We found a house today and were going to sign up, and they said that we couldn't have anything outside of our normal vehicles. They live nearby and said they would tow any vehicles not on the list.

Screw that.
