Well truck is fixed. Apparently the truck uses a special u-joint that has different sizes. One size that attaches to the DS and a different(bigger) size that attaches to the diff. I switched to the 14 bolt a few years back and had been running the stock u-joint but it was a little loose where it attaches to the diff.

 

good ****...I just fixed mine too i twisted my drive shaft a few weeks ago but i had the same issue with the u-joints....
