Not to bad or great but if you want to go fast you're gunna have to do something lol I made a 9.6 1/4 mi pass in od at half track and didn't hurt trans.
I'll let you know when we leave S.F. And when we'll be at your place. Why the heck you leaving at 3 anyways? Doesn't take you 3hours to get there and swap tires does it?

I hear ya, I won't be stupid about it if it feels unsafe.
I'll be speed limited for my first few runs, and from what I hear we can get ALOT of runs in over the course of the day. So I'll keep going up in increments until I either ruin out of gear, hit my 170 event limit of the truck starts to feel unsafe.

Ive been 157 in Overdrive in mine with the turbo on the interstate.
I bet with 2.73s or 3.08s you could use third gear and lock the converter.

3.08s
30" tire
third gear with the converter locked your looking at 175mph @ 6000rpms

what size tire you running?

They are pretty small, I think they are either 28.5 or 29.5. Don't remember exactly at the moment. They are Nitto NT05's 275/35/20.

Thats about a 27.5"

your lookin at about 140 in third at 6500..

if you can lock the converter in 4th, your lookin at 5800 at 170mph
