With moregrips post about private track rentals, it made me curious to if anyone had heard about ,or is going the private track rental at Famoso on the 19th? I'm going and i'm pretty sure Derek is going too.

not understanding? what is needed to run or y is it private.. sorry probably wont be able to make it since ill ge getting my cam stall done but just curious.. thanks..

 

its private so that the 100 or less cars that are there get plenty of runs and dont have to deal with all the test and tune bullshit, of waiting hours to make a couple passes, then have hondas blow up mid track and ruin the rest of the night.

the requirements are owning a vehicle and signing up/ paying for your spot to run.

 

got it.. thanks.. and well man ive been waiting for this date for the longest.. havent had one 1/4 mile time since my truck was stock.. its just bad timing truck will be getting reworked on and will need a full new tune.. if theres another private track date next month keep us posted.. truck should be dyno tuned the 24th.. so should be ready after that... goodluck to those who go..

 

Get the cam in and trailer it up here and have Jim @ calspeed tune that bitch for you..
