thunder550 05-08-2008 03:24 PM

Hmmm.....might be road trip time. My uncle lives in San Fran, so I could visit him along the way.

ZZebes 05-08-2008 05:21 PM

July??? I'm gonna be out there 3rd week in july :D

Last Call 05-08-2008 06:12 PM

That sounds fun. However, it will be at least 90-100 degrees in Sac in the middle of the summer. Maybe more towards fall?

trever1t 05-08-2008 06:20 PM

That's why I said November in the 'other' thread but I am down for whatever we do...but yeah, it's ghastly hot in late summer.

thunder550 05-08-2008 06:31 PM

November would be good.

Wilde Racing 05-08-2008 09:06 PM

That's why I didn't say when, just that ill be ready by July. Lol.
I'd like to do it later too.

trever1t 05-08-2008 09:10 PM

I think November would work well. I plan (we'll see if I can afford) to go to SEMA this year, I believe that is in October...

TWISTED SilverBullet 05-09-2008 12:10 AM

I am down, Can't wait to run my new truck, well, it's newerish, haha

Stoichiometric 05-09-2008 12:33 AM

There is a grudge fest June 14, July 5, July 26 and Aug 16 (I think, someone else verify I'm not sure I'm reading their schedule right) at Sac. Those run 6pm to 10pm so we could avoid some of the sun.

Whippled2dr 05-09-2008 01:51 AM

I'm down. Preferably later than sooner.

MFIC 05-09-2008 06:55 PM

Fall would be great count me in. I have a TBSS friend that will also go.

I might be in Ca by then. I will be back and forth all summer.

blue2003ls 05-09-2008 10:35 PM

I'm in.

trever1t 05-10-2008 09:08 AM

Should we flare up the Dmax guy's?:D There has to be some that would show up.

trever1t 05-11-2008 12:31 PM

Yes, absolutely! Nothing I like seeing more than trucks owning the race track. All are welcome!

trever1t 05-12-2008 10:49 PM

SO let's pic a month...should we start a poll?
I'm still thinking November.

way2much_01 05-13-2008 11:25 AM

Late November Early December?

Nevada79 05-13-2008 01:29 PM

+1 for poll. November sounds about right though. Should give everyone enough time to get their projects done.

trever1t 05-13-2008 01:41 PM

A poll has been added. Make your choice. Votes will be visible. Have a nice day! :-)

trever1t 05-14-2008 09:08 AM

bump
Let's keep the interest rolling on this guys!
I have plans to Go-or Blow this fall.....:secret2:

trever1t 05-20-2008 03:21 PM

looks like we can all agree September is out!

Spoolin 05-20-2008 03:44 PM

Count me in too! If I'm here that is. I might be headed back out sometime in August and if that's the case I'll be back October ish or something. Anyways, I'll keep an eye out for when this gtg's going down.
btw I think we should make it down in LV so the AZ boys don't have as far to drive. It's kinda of in the middle and SEMA is around that time, like bill was saying.

SEMA is November 4th -7th. Might be cool to see but it isn't very close for us Nevada guys. Alot of us planning on Sacramento or somewhere closer might not be able to come. Who would be coming from AZ if it were in Las Vegas? Would be nice if alot of people came.:D

thunder550 05-20-2008 07:55 PM

I'm in for sure if it's as close as Vegas...that's only about a 4 hour drive. Most likely I'll still make it if it's in Sacramento too, but Vegas is much easier for me obviously, especially with the Houston meet being very close in time also (Dec 13). That would be too long-ass road trips for me within a few weeks of each other.

trever1t 05-20-2008 08:08 PM

yeah, that would be a killer. I wouldn't want to do 2 back to back hauls like that! Vegas is about 8-9 hours from here and I'm already planning a SEMA trip and I believe a few other Nor-So Cal guys are too (lastCall, Spoolin, 04Denali, etc..) I couldn't do 2.

Spoolin 05-21-2008 01:54 AM

Just a thought, I'm 5 hours from Sac and 4 hours from Vegas, doesn't make much of a difference but I'd like for Chris and Kyle and all the other ones I've yet to meet make it out and Sac could deter a few people that's all. But I guess Vegas is just as much of a bitch for the upstate NV guys. Whatever I'm good either way as long as I'm here.

Nevada79 05-21-2008 02:32 AM

I'm game for Vegas or Sac. Vegas would be fun. Not really that far either. It would be worth it if there was a good AZ showing.

trever1t 05-21-2008 09:20 AM

So a SEMA/PT gtg is looking like a good weekend? That way we can make the show and meet up at the track in the evening? There will be other members from PT.net at SEMA as well, just not with their trucks, maybe we can convince them to rent a wreck and join in the festivities?

zo6freak 05-21-2008 10:09 AM

Im definately down for vegas, Im sure Terry wont complain either. SEMA never disappoints...:D

Vegas also has one of the best drag stips in the country if that helps. Track prep is RARELY an issue.
