Justin won't be tuning on the dyno, he will be tuning on the street. It is better to tune a vehicle at constant speeds rather than pulls, for instance would take 4-5 pulls just to get the full throttle down. When he tunes on the dyno (~1hr), he still does a quick check on the street after wards.
The dyno shop was suggested by a member to have a good place to meet. Not sure how many people want to pay those prices for the pulls.

I have heard of several tuners who knock out a tune in about 15 minutes with 2-3 dyno pulls. Much better to have a street tune done or a tune on a load bearing dyno.
