Question Arizona Emissions

This is mostly geared towards forced induction. But At the end of the of the year/ beginning next year I'm moving to Phoenix area. I know they do OBDII testing and visual. I plan on running a 3" cat after my down pipe. Will this pass visual?
Do they get confused when they see a turbo and cross over pipe on the truck?

Any input is appreciated.

All they do is plug it in, scan for codes, and check the gas cap.

I passed with no cats... all they did was say..."your truck sounds great! That will be $27.50 please"

Just make sure its tuned and they shut off the 3 codes for the rear cats and raise the misfire count up.
