You DO in fact need a comp for the 1911 version. For the Srpingfield, noooo idea. you should get it though. That would be awesome.

Ah, you're talking 1911, that makes more sense. If I do the conversion it will be from Rowland himself, and imo his conversion looks a lot cleaner than wild west's. The comp definitely has the pimp factor.

Sure would look good on my 5.25 with a jpoint rds and my tlr1s on the chin

Wild West guns makes an awesome product. Have some of there stuff in a couple Lever guns. If this kit is up to same standards everyone should have one.

Wild west is basically the kenne bell of the firearm world. They make a good product but should you have a problem you're screwed with their shitty customer service. Their conversion doesn't have very good reviews either. If you have any cartidge problems they blame it on the shooter. Plus Rowland's conversion looks q lot better and is 100ish cheaper.

If you are interested, just send Johnny your gun at : 327 IRVIN ROWLAND RD. DUBBERY, LA 71024 and we will get to work on it right away and do it for you it at our cost, or the standard $299.00 price which ever is lower.

'Hope to hear from you soon.
