Default I can't decide

Rock Island 1911A1 Tactical - $461
Range gun
  • It's a 1911
  • It's a .45ACP pistol
  • It's cheaper

Walther PPS .40cal - $503
CCW when I get my CHL
  • It's small and would be used more
  • It's lighter
  • It's a .40s&w which I already own a pistol in that caliber
  • It's more expensive

What version is yours? Can you find it cheaper anywhere online? I haven't done much looking honestly.

Go with the walthers, I have a few and they are nice. Now if you want a1911 style wepon save up a little and get a kimber, STI , or Smith and wesson or other named brands make a few great ones plus you can trick them out . I just bought this 1911PD for $600 it was never fired and shoot amazing.

How does it compare to a XD subcompact? My XD40SC is pretty snappy too with the right ammo.
