I've got a custom all leather holster made by a guy locally. I am not fan of the Kydex holsters. Mine is simple, nothing fancy, and plain. It's extremely well built and tough as hell, not to mention it'll carry everything from a LCR, to a full size 1911 just great! I carry my Shield in it the majority of the time but carry my XDm 3.8 as well... All in the same holster. It covers the back of the gun and keeps the grip/slide off your skin. Ive worn it just about every day since I got it a couple months ago and love it!! I wear an ankle holster at work and shoulder holster in the woods and on the bike. I factor in the draw and accessibility when I carry but if you don't make it as comfortable as possible, you won't carry as often as you'd think. If its not on you, it's not gonna do you any good.

I'm confident as well, after reading thru there site it they seem to tailor the holster specific for the gun and too me it couldn't get much better than that.

I carry three different ways. Winter time, my 5.25 or 10mm ride in a shoulder holster or hip holster. Summer time, I've got a leather IWB holster that works for both.
