Good thing Im not in a hurry. I just dont understand how it can be shipped via UPS then delivered to the post office to be delivered by USPS. Never seen that before, its coming from MidwayUSA. As long as my trigger gets here some time next week so I can have it in for our dover and hog hunt next weekend Ill be happy. Its not like Im going to be able to legally shoot the 300 any time soon.

That's the super cheap shipping option. FedEx or UPS then transfer to the local USPS. I avoid it at all costs given my pasts awful experiences with USPS and packages.

You want a true flash hider? Something thats not gonna blind you at night time in low light??

Ive tried my yankee QD flash hider and it actually works!
Pitch black and you cant see anything but the usual sparks comin out the barrel. (unburnt powder)

and on my 20" 308 there is no flash. Theres a small lookin flame that comes out the suppressor. But no suppressor and its perfect just loud

Thats the only type of flash hider ive used on my guns. Beside the A2 birdcage and it sucks.
The noveske pigflash works great too. We did a ton of night time shooting with it in oklahoma. Full auto with tracers.
It projects the flame straight out just like the pic on the side shows. Great for the shooter. Just not the shooters buddys to the side.

Good to know, Im pretty much more interested in function than form within reason. The fact that itll match my Noveske barrel is a plus. Ill have to order one of those at some point. Need to stop spending money for a while, bought another gun yesterday so the funds for finishing this one up are gone. No big deal though as itll take a few months for all the paperwork to come through for me to even legally shoot it.

I finally got my barrel ordered. I saw an update on the forum he is active on, and scooped it up. So excited to get this build over with.
