Default no maf voltage

What's up everyone? Yesterday I converted my 95 Lightning over to mass air using a VEX1 eec out of a 95 F-150. The problem I am having now is that I have no return voltage coming out of the meter. After back probing the air meter connector I have a constant 13.7 volts on the power wire, 14.32 volts from the ground tested to the positive battery terminal, 5.2 volts on the maf wire from the eec, and 0.032 volts on the return wire back to the eec. Does anyone have any ideas as to why there is no voltage coming out of the meter? The parts I am using are a 90mm Lightning air meter, 30# injectors, and tweecer for tuning. Just today I swapped out the air meter to an 80mm Lightning unit and got the same results. The 90mm unit was only used for about 3 dyno pulls on somone else's truck and the 80mm unit came from a friend that upgraded to a 90mm unit on his 2000 Lightning so they both worked perfect previously. If anyone has some ideas I would sure like to hear them as this truck is my daily driver. Thanks.

Jeff
