03 F150 w/ 5.4 diablosport tuner. Yes or No?

Hi i recently picked up an 2003 f150 with a 5.4 in it I was wondering if the Diablosport handheld tuner would be a great first mod or is it not worth the $300 id be spending on it.

actually theres probably not much info on the fords here.

I did research on the tunner but i can't find anything that has anything really good or bad to say about the thing. Im pretty much asking is the $300 for the thing worth the performance gains.
