won't idle, cam position sensor?

Looks like I better look at what I'm typing up here.
Most all cars and trucks will stall with a new cam install. It's not the sensor that's causing it. It's all the new air and such that the computer is having to deal with.
And yes you can wet your finger and just barley touch the header tubes to see if you have a dead cylinder. I would say that with the bigger injectors already in without a tune that the plugs are fueling out. What size injectors did you put back in?

the injectors are 31lb/hr. I don't think that my timing is out. If anything it may be retarded or advanced because I have that option with the timing set. But as far as I know, I did it right.

what about checking for timing on my hp tuners? I don't want to pull the motor apart if I dont have to if therer ain't any thing wrong. How do I know if the cam position sensor is NFG and the comp isn't throwing that code for the hell of it?

I just had a mechanic come over and use the portable snapon scanner and he said that the sensor is working fine. I have been reading that the cam walks and will throw that code and am wondering before I pull it apart. But will the sensor still work normally if the cam walks or will it not work al all if the cam walks?

Well just found a ground wire that goes to that harness but it never solved anything. I wonder if having the timing out will set that sensor off because its still hard to start and runs like ****.
