ever get this solved??? I cannot get my truck to quickly fire up after it sits for ~45 min to almost 2 hours later. It will crank for a few seconds consistently before it slowly comes to life.

**noticed you on hptuners forum also.

Since I started this thread, my set up is completely different. But with my old 408, the issue persisted until I pulled the engine. That can just didn't like hot starts for some reason. I did get it really close to firing every time but it was never perfect.

I have a 4.8L in my truck now with a tiny cam and it fires first piston up every time.
