What would happen if dealer reflashed HPP3 programmed PCM?

(EDIT: Forgot there was a tuning/diagnostics forum, please move)
Hi all,
Just wondering what an HPP3 would do if I went to reprogram my truck with it and the dealer had flashed over the last program I installed. I brought it to them for an oil change a few months ago and got to thinking they might have updated it, as it just seemed a tiny bit different when I got it back. I didn't ask them to mess with anything, but who knows if there was some TSB or something that they applied
My 5900 RPM shift points are still present though, so maybe I'm just imagining things.
Anyway just curious as to whether the HPP3 could potentially freak out tonight when I try to reprogram for larger tires. Maybe I should go reprogram it in the parking lot of the local GMC dealer.
(And yes, I know I should be running HPTuners/LS1Edit/some-other-real-tune and changing my own oil...HPP3 was a gift and I'm currently garageless!)
Thanks for any input!

I shoulda got suspicious when the tech sent someone in the break room to ask me what size motor that thing had in it, as you can imagine it barely ran on a stock 6.0 tune with 42lb injectors and a cam.
Thanks for the info, reprog went just fine. Though I'm going to have to do it again because tire size is slightly off from handheld GPS. For the record BFG 285/70R17 = 31.5" measured tires size for a hypertech. (32" is just slightly too big). Sure would be nice if HPP3 told you what size tires were currently programmed in so you could just adjust relatively.

LOL. If you said that to any of the service guys I know, they would either kick your ***, tell you to find anothedr dealership, or charge you triple for everything.
I got my relearn done for free, and I always get hooked up when I got to the dealer.
