I am kinda stumped, but I am by no means a tuning guru. I have read that it could be the o2's not being hot enough, yada yada. I have no vacuum issues. It is so sparatic. It does it some times and other times it doesn't. It will lean back out if i blip the gas a few times, then it goes away. Toss me some possibility's.

Since the MAF controls ALL of your fueling when you're not WOT, and the O2's try their best to correct it with fuel trims.......
I'd say log your fuel trims while it's happening. Log the O2's while it's happening. Log the MAF while it's happening. One of them will flat-line & not look normal....... See where I'm going with this?
You have EFI Live, and now it's time to learn about how the scanner works buddy. YOU CAN DO IT!!!

But what he said. The scanner is your friend. I am by no means a mechanic or tuning guru either but have amazingly been able to trouble shoot some random issues on my own using the scanner. Just scan anything you think is remotely related to the issue and start narrowing it down.

I know, lol. Me and Roge have talked. It is IMPOSSIBLE to log it when it happens, it comes and goes so fast, it isn't something that is there all the time. I just figured even after talking with AK that some one may have exp this problem, knew a fix. Like I said it always seems like it does it more in the hot humid days. Also when it is cold cold. So inturn it can be the o2's the MAF or maybe base fuel trims out of wack?
Oh I know how to take the ole Alaskan Assassin's sarcasm

Log the MAF and O2's frequently. When it acts normal, save the datalog and title it as "Normal". Do this several times. Eventually, the truck will act up while you are datalogging it. Save that datalog as "John's Pile O Shat". Then compare the datalogs while it's acting up, and see which sensor is different.
When you know what "Normal" looks like, you will see when the problem acts up. It will help you diagnose the problem. HTH.
