I agree we should support the sponsors, when we can, but if some one else has as good of product and a better price, then he should be allowed to talk about whether or not we like there product. That's what this site is intended for in my opinion. Not trying to start any wars here, just trying to keep things on the level so we can all learn something.
so true

Learning is one thing, site rules are another.

Not a Sponsor of this site, no advertising. Please keep the promotion in the PM's.

Thanks,

Performance Truck Staff

PS, I would always suggest a dyno / street tune, nothing better than hands on to double check everything.

I dont see how its promoting if a link and number are not posted( because of paying companies with a like product). How are we ever going to know of new products if we cant tell each other about them. I see your guys point, but last time I checked we were able to discuss products as long as contact info wasnt posted. I am just trying to understand this. Does this mean I cannot talk about lift kits or car audio because pro comp or alpine doesnt sponsor the site. I dont have a wait4me tune but I sure do want feedback about the tune. People talk about hpp3 and diablos all the time, so how is this different? If I am wrong or really misunderstanding the point please let me know.

Again, Like I said....Learning and discussing are OK....Just no promotion, i.e. links to the persons site, phone numbers....None of which are in this thread. Consider my last post a friendly reminder of the site rules

Discuss away, no better way to learn

Talking

you are able to discuss about the experiences with his tunes. if they were good and power gains and satisfasction. but you are not allowed to promote his website or pricing details on here.once he pays sponsership fee's then you can post away. that is the way i veiw the rules. trust me i went thru the same thing with nelson. now he is a sponser. just remember you get what you pay for. if you have a problem with a non sponser this site is unable to help. if you have a problem with a sponser then they will help. thunder racing is a sponser on tech which is a main affiliate.
