VE Values. Metric/Imperial ???

VE Values. Metric/Imperial ???
On my Laptop my VE table shows the ve values as low as 1.8971 1.8078 1.7564 for the first three sections.
On my Desktop those same sections of the same tune show up as 91.460679 87.157422 84.680931
Both tables are set for Metric and display RPM on the left and MAP KPA at the top.
I want my Desktop to display the same as my laptop but I'm not having any luck getting it corrected.
