Is an upgraded MAF Needed?

I was just curious my truck has been modded with stuff in Signature. I have a 76mm turbo kit 4" I/C. I have 80# INJ but plan to install 125# when my fueling upgrades are installed.
Is this to much for stock MAF should I get an upgraded one?
Or go SD Tune.
Now Im not a tuner so hit me slow with your responses please learning as I go.

I think he runs a 3.5" to the throttle body, not sure? But I would use the ls3/7 slot style MAF and weld in bung.... You have to switch a couple wires around, but I can tell you which ones. 3" charge pipe is good for around 10psi of boost with the ls3/7 MAF... With a 3.5" or 4" charge pipe you could run as much boost as you like before maxing the MAF range out

I'm sure there is something, but maybe not? I installed mine on the Tahoe and drove it around with no problems at all for two weeks, and then drove it to Lubbock to get it tuned. I'm sure Mitch at TES messed with a lot of stuff in the tune, including the MAF.... But you can install the ls3/7 card style MAF and drive off like nothing was changed.

If you have a 07 or 08 the swapping to a 09+ or car will work as the flanges are easier to come by
Make sure to place it in a 4" tube to give you plenty of range....Maf vs Maf theres no performance gains over another when referring to car or truck
