I have a friend's truck that I'm tuning for him.

He bought it as a project truck and came with no motor no harness, the harness he bought had the 02 sensor's cut. He install it like that since its just a truck for the track.

I'm trying to figure out what its cousin that the truck to want more fuel at around 85-95 kpa on 1200 - 2000 rpm's I have give it more fuel in my VE table and nothing.

I have tune trucks with no 02 sensors and this is the only one i get this problem.
