Default ?? on tuning for fuel system

Hey guys I have a 05 pcm .What needs to be done in order to have this pcm tuned for return fuel system if any. 05's had a returnless system.

Return fuel systems have a vac reference FPR and as a result have a flat IFR table. Returnless will have a sloped IFR.

I have a 06 Denali but Allen gave me a 04 PCM and I keep getting code for vent selenoid. Is this on the same lines due to the returnless?
