Default Trying to tune

This is my first time actually changing anything on my tune by myself. I've read the sticky by Yelo and Krambo a few times and other write ups.
Today I tried to do the Idle airflow and didn't save the histogram properly so I'll try again tomorrow when the engine is cool.
I did do one log and edit for the Primary VE. I think I did good. The truck ran much better in gear. But horrible in park and Neutral. I don't see any RED in the LTFT and STFT histograms, but the narrowband histogram has a lot of red.
Am I even remotely doing this the proper way?(remotely LOL)
I just want to be able to drive my truck and many pass off some of the difficult stuff to my tuner.
Thanks,
Mike

Did force the PCM into open loop to determine what your error was before making changes to your VE table?

Yes, but I didn't make all of the changes needed before the logging discussed in Krambo's part of the sticky.
I'm going to start over tomorrow and just concentrate on the Idle air flow part.

I did the Idle air Flow procedure for the first time today, from Krambo's part of the write up. I think I did it right this time. The numbers changed a lot after I did the linear interpolate.
I did the first time in park. Is the second time in D or P? Or, do I alternate second time D, third time P, and fourth time D? I think I alternate.
Here's the log if you want to take a look.
I know this is simple to a lot of people, but this is only the second day of actually doing anything.

It's never as simple as it seems LOL. Just take baby steps and if you are unsure about anything don't change it. I bought HP Tuners a while back and am learning slowly and the one thing I always do is save every change you do. This way you always have something to fall back on when it starts going the wrong way.

So it's not just me LOL
I am saving every log and new tune.

I did the second log in Drive, stationary in the driveway. I think it idled pretty nice but when I did the copy paste and interpolate the numbers changed A LOT again. I guess it won't be so drastic next time.
When I interpolate, do I just do "horizontal"? That's what I did. Just that particular line.
After the log, when I put it in park, it reved to 4000rpm for around 5 seconds then slowly came down.

New log added.
Any tips???
