Question Truck runs rough, need some help!!!!

I'm having some problems with my 01 silverado, I did an ls1 swap on it, 3600 stall, eaton posi, and 4.10s. Wel it was running really gud after I did the swap and after I did the gears and posi. But right after I put the 3600 stall in it on the first test drive it it was running really rough an choppy and if u give it some acceleration it sounds like its missing an just runs shitty. When ur just cruising the engine rpms kinda hops up an down kinda fast like it chockin or something.
Any ideas wat it Cud be??

If it's cammed, sometimes it detect random misfires because of the overlap. That can be tuned out but if it's not then the converter will unlock everytime it thinks it's misfiring.

Also, aftermarket stalls do not use pulse width modulation like the stock one so if that's not tuned out then it won't act right. It needs to be either locked or unlocked.

Gotcha. just throwing some ideas out there. I saw that it was tuned in your sig. Only other thing that comes to mind is that your crank position sensor may have gotten messed up during the converter install since it's in the back of the motor. First thing to do is see if there are any codes. Then, I'd scan it and see if the O2 sensors are acting right. If it just started then I'm sure you'll be able to find the cause.
