Default Transmission tuning

Hoping someone can help, 07 suburban e38/t42, built a 4l80e all normal lube mods, jakes recalibration kit, accumulator delete, circle D 265mm 3k stall single disk, trans runs good, has good pressure, issue im having since the 3k stall, nothing I'm running no higher then 1.00 on the spark table, before with a lower stall I was exceeding the spark table, noticed I'm higher in the maf frequency then before, while logging torque in vcm scanner I'm 200+ less logged torque, im picking up spark retard where i wasnt before, truck definitely isn't pulling like it was before, abbey to my 18% to virtual torque and seen a rise on logged torque but not sure if it really felt anybetter, any help would be appreciated I'd hate to pull the trans again to put the old converter in
