You can buy them with the correct harness ends, and they will be plug & play. Look up 1A Auto and check it out.
If your new mirrors come with heated defrosters, you can make the heaters work by getting a heater control head from a SUV with the heated rear glass. The harness to the heated mirrors is already in your truck.
