Tip-in bog

I've tried everything except proper tuning. (
) More idle air, less idle air, more and less VE in the idle areas, more and less spark and matching idle spark to high and low octane main spark tables. Removed all burst knock. All torque reduction tables set to max. Etc, etc.
But finally today I noticed that the voltage drops on throttle tip in, even though the rpm doesn't drop. All of my logs verify that the rpm doesn't drop, it just goes fully lean. So I give it gas in a normal fashion leaving a stop and it bogs like a bad accelerator pump. But the bog is not represented in the engine rpm, only the motion of the truck. It will also do it on the highway. After coasting I will get back on the gas and my AFR goes to 20, and eventually back to normal. But any time I give it a little or a lot of throttle from anything except closed throttle, it reacts normally.
But one thing at a time. Let's start with the voltage. Any ideas what would cause what seems like the alternator to shut down, but only on tip in?

Of course on the way here I hit every green light, and the times that I did stop it wouldn't misbehave for the scanner. I'll keep scanning until I get a good one. In the mean time here's my tune. Maybe there's a tip-in section that I overlooked. I changed my signature, I never mentioned that I am using a 102 mm throttle and trying to get the engine running as stock-like as possible before I put my blower back on.

Did you lose a bet and have to disable all of your diagnostics? lol
Tons of useful stuff is stripped out unnecessarily. There are also a lot of other issues of varying severity. As a general tip, if your engine is almost completely stock, make the calibration almost completely stock. Hunting for easter eggs sucks when they are in your toon.
