How was this anti-theft setup and kill switch wired in?

the lonnies dual pump lead/lag setup is such that you put a jumper (2 pin connector with a piece of wire between them) on the lead pump and connect the lag pump to the hobbs switch pigtail.

for a kill switch, i made a 2 pin pigtial to replace the jumper and ran it through a rocker switch in the cab. with the switch open the lead pump will not energize. the lag pump energizes at 4psi boost.

the old anti theft was a remote control relay (plug and play) replacement for the fuel pump relay. teh remote sending unit was tied into the keyless entry. (unlock the doors and you have 30 seconds to start car) that wireless relay cooked so i removed the entire system.

With key run....p2135, p0220, p1518. With engine running same three codes.

starts and goes to normal idle speed....15-30 seconds later it jumps to 2000rpm.

Just took a closer look at your old X-Link and a couple of the terminals on the TB connector do not pass the drag test. The brown TAC motor wire pin is very loose and the 5V pin is also questionable. I believe these terminals are designed to perform within spec for up to 10 connections, but vibration or strain can also loosen them over time.

A little bit of solder seems to be in my future.....maybe some dielectric grease as well?

My battery was a bit low on voltage earlier in the week....put it on a 24hr 2 amp charge on Tuesday...today's voltage was 12.47 at battery. Tuesdays was 10.2vdc. The topped off battery may explain why P1516 and P0120 have cleared.

Desensitizing the tune is another road I am going to look down.....

key run with the 8-pin 78mm 3 bolt TB and no codes. cant run the truck due to the blower/intake flange and harness length with that TB

I have about 40 DBW T-Bodies of all type. Most of them are up in Rockford at the repair shop with Tom. I only have 3 or 4 around here. I will see if I can't map the TPS's out tonight. That is if I can find an LS2 T-body around the shop here.

AWESOME. I would be interested in obtaining a known working LS2/LS3 car TB to make sure the 2 I have are not cooked for some stupid reason.
