I would suggest a dual 87 - 91 tune

read this info

dual octane tunes will be able to run with the lower octane in MOST conditions with good performance, or with the higher octane or anything in between when even more performance is wanted. The dual octane tunes are capable of tuning themselves automatically for a higher octane, and retuning again automatically again when a lower octane is used.

Here is a fill in the blank on getting a tune

You will leave some HP on the table with a dual fuel tune. Just go all the way. And you might wanna bump up the rev limiter a bit, as to not hit it between shifts. I don't know how big a cushion you need but when I was taking my first tune for a test drive I hit the limiter on the 1-2 shift.

Thats what I am doing as well, but 80% in normal and 100% in towhaul.

Quick Q for you guys - Installing a 160 t-stat, what should the fan on/off temps be with a 160?

Yes. I think Nelson has done this for a few folks in the past if I remember right. Think I have seen a tuning post or two that stated that.
