If you think about it you really have 2, 4 cyl engines side by side each having there own fuel rail, ports, and front and rear O2 sensors. Seeing the fluctuation is normal and sometimes the computer goes into DFCO and closed loop at the same time and does all kinds of weird things to your LTFTs on the top part of your map. The computer is only doing its job like it is suppose to. I would not loose any sleep over this at all
