Keep it plugged in next time you plan on some highway time. I'm sure a couple of the tuning guru's around would be interested in seeing it

Unscrew them and spray them off with O2 safe carb cleaner.

Another thought, you guys that are experiencing this, do all of yall have CATs still on? I noticed 2 of you were from CA, so I am guessing you have CATs. Keeping the similarities in mind your cats might be clogged, and at low throttle not as much volume or flow is created by the engine causing a bottle neck in front of the CAT, then when you goose it more volume and it blows harder threw the CAT. Once again I may be way off, but just a thought.

plus my cats are relatively new and hiflows. It started for me right after the swap to true duals. I'm thinking a sensor is damaged or a very small leak?

I drove the truck alot over the weekend and it seems to have stopped doing this. It happened on the first drive with the entirely new combo and nelson mail order tune. Happened like 5 times that night however, haven't seen it since. Like I said earlier though, I'll ask allen on friday.

Bill, is your VE tuned? I am running on a stock VE and MAF table. I think that may have something to do with it.

Mine used to do the same thing when I was running the MAF, then I realized one day while VE tuning that the issue went away. Low and behold since I switched to OLSD its gone. Trever1t mine used to do the exact same thing, sometimes lean sometimes rich but as soon as I put any load on it it went to 14.7 I did numerous things to trouble shoot the issue and everything was fine... It went away anytime the MAF was taken out of the equation. Mind you my MAF table was tuned to within -2 to 0 Error so it wasnt that the table was off.

When I was logging and this occured my 02's would corespond to my wideband readings and you could see the fuel trims go + or - to correct it. I still have no idea what was causing it, tried different 02's, different MAF nothing made a difference..
