Default Speedo moving at Idle

Liek the title says I just got done putting my truck back together and at idle in park. I did a 4l80e swap wondering would the tune have anything to do with this or bad speed sensor or something? Anyone?

Did you recalibrate your tune so that it knows there is a 4L80e?
