Default Spark Advance on 5.3

I've been working on spark timing with HPT and have pretty much finished it up, as in any much higher and I get KR. The numbers seem a little high to me, anywhere from 5 to 20 degrees above stock.

I haven't run on a dyno to see where I am making power at, but the truck feels great now, just keeps pulling and pulling!

But anyway, I was wondering how much advance you guys with a stockish 5.3 run. I uploaded my tune to look at, but here is a screenshot for you EFILive guys:

Also, why would I not be getting commanded spark if the EGT and IAT tables arent interfering? My scanner often shows a few degrees less than what is in the table. After I finished this up, I copied it to my low octane and multiplied by .9.

I haven't done much WOT tuning yet as I dont have wideband yet, but I am pretty sure I am running rich.

how many g/cyl do u usually run around WOT, Those seem really high looking where my truck used to run N/A. Make sure you odnt have any burst knock, and just look through your tune at the other tables. Looks like my tuck would be running at 35* of timing, Yikes, have you messed with your knock sensors by chance.

IMO I would take that entire table and substract out 10*... IMO your runing way to much, from a quick glance your runing 36-38* of timing 5600 RPM at WOT....

Around .6 - .64 g/cyl at WOT.

I've doubled my recovery rate and halved my attack rate.

I always use 93 octane and dont have any audible engine knock. I haven't been logging burst knock, but just added that and will make a log later today.

I ran 30* and 25* on back to back dyno pulls and picked up 3 hp going down to 25*. I would reduce the timing across the board as stated above.

I took out 7* across the board and logged burst knock and KR and got none of either.
