Question Snap-On crank re-learn, who's done it?

My new PCM will be showing up tomorrow and I figure i'm more than likely going to need a crank re-learn done. A friend of mine works with me at a local dealer (we're still waiting on our Matco scan tool) and also on weekends at another dealer. They use the Snap On tool, I "think" its the Modis, from what I heard, it is possible to use this tool to do the re-learn procedure. The only thing is he's never done one and not even sure what to do, i'm sure we can figure it out, but i'm hoping to find some input from those of you guys who have actually used the SNap On to do this.

Thanks
-J
