I have some injectors that are ev1 plug but I'm not sure what the truck injectors are technically call so I can get adaptors.

Do you guys recogment sodering new pigtails on or using harness adaptors. Where is the cheapest place to purchase these.

I "assume" you are looking for Harness EV6 (USCAR) to Injector EV1 (Minitimer) adapters. I would do adapters before I soldered anything then you can run the EV1 or EV6 all plug and play. My 2 cents.

Well i have the truck harness so its niether ev1 or ev6, ( delphi multec 2) plug i believe, same plug as 99-06 truck style injectors... but i now have ev1 injectors so im either going to splice new ones on or use adaptors.

I like the idea of adaptors but i would like to see where the cheapest place is to get them and what route is recogmended by others that have done this..

Ok well I went to the junk yard yesterday in search of pigtails or my ev1 injectors. I was suprised to find how many kinds there was out there. Ford hondas have ev1 for sure and I can't count how many ev6's I found from chevy to nissan

I ended up finding two sets off of a ford torus. And 1 bad *** set off a volvo b17 I believe. I'm going to try to find another set of 4 off of the volvo cuz of the way there made its got rubber boots on the ends ill post pics up later for ya.
