I just bought this truck and at wot the 1-2 shift pulls 6* of timing back to save the stock trans.The shifts are really soft. The transgo kit and the servos are on the way i know that will help, my question is do u guys pull that much timing out during shifts.

 

Zero out the Torque Management!! That should solve that problem. And whith the Shift kit and servos i think you should Zero out the "Shift Times".

but that is Torque Management working at its finest right there 6* during the shifts...

What tuning software you got? or how do you know this?

How much TM did you pull out all ready, 6* in the 1/2 at part throttle mabey? Should be more like 0*, -10* total timing on the 1/2 WOT if its stock. Either way if your doing the shift kit and servos it will feel funny if you dont get rid of most of the TM, like your heads going to hit the window, lol
