shift points?

5200 on the 2-3 is way to low
Hell even the old l31 vortec 350 pulled fine to that shift point on the stock cam,but they did not do well any higher
Try what touchofevil said or 6000 and 5900
But 5200 is definatly not enough.

when my first "new" trans arrived, i figured i would send the old one out with a bang, set the shifts at 6450, no torque reduction, that bitch SCREAMED to the shifts... fell off just a bit right before the shifts, but it was awesome, totally stupid for continued use, it didn't break the other trans but it started slipping after about 2 days of that kind of beatings on the way to and from work.

I run mine like i mentioned earlier in the thread 100% of the time.
6400 shift points won't kill your tranny.
I shift my ecsb with the 6.0 at 6800rpms no problem.
